I'm a Leadership Coach obsessed with entrepreneurship and operational excellence.
Over the last decade I’ve led and scaled large global teams at high growth tech companies while also guiding my own startup onto the stage of ABC’s Shark Tank and being named to Forbes 30 under 30. Years ago when I was thrown into my first ever people management role, I had little experience and was managing high expectations. It was trial by fire, and I made a lot of mistakes along the way.
Leadership classes I enrolled in along the way mostly taught high level frameworks which were challenging to translate into tangible impact for my team. Since then I've leveraged my experience to develop a series of tactical tools and playbooks for leaders to deploy in their day-to-day roles to level up themselves and their teams.
